**EFM Paper Submissions Instructions**

Electronic Submission/Resubmission
Authors are invited to submit electronically (PDF format) both a blind & a complete paper. The first page of the paper should contain the title; name of the author(s), complete address, telephone, fax numbers and E-mail addresses. All submitted papers must be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 100 words.

The author/s MUST submit the Paper in PDF format.

Submission should consist of:
1. Complete Paper
2. Paper without the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s)

Resubmission should consist of:
1. Complete Paper
2. Paper without the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s).
3. Reply to refree without the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s).

Note: Submission fee is required to process your paper.
